New color clients must submit current hair photo as well as goals and inspiration photos during your Welcome text message.

All appointments are required to “confirm” their appointment via the confirmation reminder (either text message or email) 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so can result in a cancellation fee. If you are running later then 15 minutes to your scheduled time, you may be asked to reschedule or have an abbreviated service. Note that I operate out of a suite, space/seating is very limited!
